Grant serves as Co-Head of Richmond Park’s Private Equity Advisory. He has more than 14 years of private equity industry experience. Prior to joining Richmond Park, Grant co-founded Newgate CSP, a specialist private equity advisory and investment business, having previously been at 3i plc.

Throughout his career, Grant has worked with leading fund managers and institutional investors and advised on some of the more complex and innovative transactions involving raising funds, secondary transactions and M&A/strategic advisory. Specific experience includes the take-private and change of manager of a listed investment vehicle; advising one of the UK’s largest investors on its private equity strategy, resulting in two transactions transforming and repositioning its activities; and leading negotiations on fund reconstructions.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, Australia, a Masters in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, Australia and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
